I cannot express how grateful I am for the sweet attitude the staff had towards my elderly parents during our stay at this hotel. From assisting them with their bags to ensuring they were comfortable throughout their visit, the level of care and consideration shown was truly remarkable. the ironing facilities in our room were a lifesaver, allowing us to always look our best for our outings in Bristol. the heating was perfect, keeping us warm and cozy during the chilly evenings. the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with cookware and utensils, made it easy for us to prepare meals and feel right at home. the electric kettle was a thoughtful touch, allowing us to enjoy a hot cup of tea whenever we pleased. Overall, the attention to detail and exceptional amenities provided by the hotel truly exceeded our high expectations, making our stay in Bristol unforgettable.
